Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.
Pack Your Jewelry
Place your unworn items and the original packing slip inside the original box or a secure padded envelope to ensure they arrive safely.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
